In art class, I created a piece inspired by the sea. I started by painting a paper in shades reminiscent of the ocean. While the paint was still wet, I used the reverse end of my brush to etch 'U' shapes, giving the impression of water's movement. Once dry, I tore the paper into three sections and layered them to mimic the undulating waves. Next, I fashioned a boat, sail, and small flag from white construction paper, coloring them with crayons and markers before affixing them to the scene. Finally, I focused on the sky, blending crayons to craft a sunset backdrop, attempting to capture the silhouette of birds in flight.
